Upper Peninsula Early Childhood Conference Scholarship
*Scholarships are awarded to individuals, not organizations
2019 Scholarships Due March 11!
SCHOLARSHIP PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION
Scholarships will be awarded to Early Childhood professionals who would otherwise not be able to attend due to lack of financial resources. The Board realizes that receiving regular professional development is not only a state requirement, but ultimately benefits the entire community through our children. It is very important that Early Childhood professionals have access to the most up to date research and practices in the field. Please attach a personal statement to this application describing why you think you should be awarded this scholarship and how it will benefit you and your community. The Board may award scholarships for some or all of the registration fee. All awards will be based on need and personal circumstances. Funds are limited. If you are awarded, you will receive email notification by March 15, 2019. If you do not receive an award you will be responsible for submitting your registration. New applicants will receive priority over applicants who have received the scholarship in the past.
